Home again home again,
Jiggedy jigg...
This can only mean one of two things:
I'm back in my own room with my good ol' shitty DSL that may as well be dial up
AND
School's starting soon!!!!! (the exclaimation marks are only meant to emphasize my sarcastic joy for the ocassion)
Oh, well. The weather's nice here, thank Gods (I swear that I'd die if it was like what it was when I left.)
We just got home maybe40 minutes ago (yes it took me that long to get situated, most of it donated to getting my internet to work.)
We have a new pet. Fletcher is a young Garder snake that my dad found in the woods up in Maine. He mad the ride home so I think we're keeping him.
Just as it was when I was leaving, being home has the same melancholy feeling.
In the grander scheme of things...
My heart goes out to all who are trapped in the wake of hurricane Katrina and to those who are wiating for the news regarding family and friends. I am so ver thankful that no one close to me was caught in this tragedy, but my heart still aches for those who are suffering.
Later...
Price Gauging on Gas: How Dare they use this Tragedy as a Reason to fill their own Pockets!
AND...
"Don't buy gas unless you need it." ~ The Appointed President Bush
Yeah, you asked for it and now I'm gonna get all political on your sorry conservative asses...
Night, night. Although it is late, and I should be exhausted, I seem to be stuck in a realm of minor insomnia. It should wear off soon. By then, you'll find me virtually dead on my bed.
